Return Policy
Products stocked in our HK warehouse (in stock items), can be exchanged within 7-days. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging with tags intact and no wear or damage.
Customers will not be credited for the shipping costs associated with the original order.
All returns require authorization. Email us at shop@winsoncreation.com before returning any products.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please use a traceable courier when returning products. Products lost in transit will not be refunded.
